Playing in the leaves
The stunning colours of fall never disappoint! We had so much fun playing in the leaves, exploring the forest, and roaming the open field during this beautiful autumn session.
Parents sometimes worry about how their toddler will act at their session. What toddlers are the absolute best at is being themselves, and that's what I aim to capture. Outdoor sessions are perfect for young families, let's go on an adventure!

All those snuggly, cuddly moments are some of my favourite to capture; nothing quite tops a family hug!
Summer sunsets are late, but that gorgeous light of "golden hour" is worth keeping the kids up later for. Fall is a wonderful option for family photos as that golden light is a bit earlier.

At the duck pond
Weather is, of course, a major factor for outdoor sessions. Sunset sessions are lovely, but the bold tones of nature that come out when the sky is covered in a blanket of clouds sets my soul on fire.
This session was supposed to be at a forest trail but it poured the minute we arrived. So we hopped in the cars and drove to the next city, ahead of the storm. And I'm so glad we did!

Your Paris Family Photography

The most important part of your Family Photography session experience is to enjoy it! The absolute best compliment I receive at the end of a session is, "That was fun!" The experience itself should be one that makes memories; when you and your family look at these images, they should make you smile, they should make your heart full.

It all starts with a quick "hello!" Filling out the contact form (found below) gets us in touch and also gives me an idea of what you may be wanting for your Family Photography Session. Is there a special location you have in mind? A specific date and time?
I will respond as quickly as possible to discuss all the details, make sure we are a great fit for your vision, and get your date secured on my calendar. I can't wait to hear about what you have in mind!

Once you've booked your date, we get all those details ironed out. We will confirm your location of choice and chat about any additional props I may need to bring. This is when you will receive your contract and get all that extra info such as how to contact me, what happens if the weather doesn't cooperate, and what you can expect on your session date.
Communication and preparation are key. The more you know, the better you will feel arriving at your session. And the more I know, the better your session will turn out!
I am here to make your dream session a reality! Okay, maybe that feels a little dramatic, but honestly, you can ask me anything because I am here to help!
Outfit choices are a big deal, they are a huge part of the overall look of your images. Personally. I spend hundreds of dollars on outfits for my little crew for our Family Sessions because I truly value quality images. If you need guidance, shoot me a text! I also have a growing Client Closet that you are welcome to browse!

It's finally here! This is when we check forecasts, confirm meeting spots, and make sure everyone is feeling well. If everything is looking good, then we are ready to shoot!
My goal is for you and your family to get outside and have some fun! We will just go with the flow and explore the area. I want your kids to be silly, I want them to feel comfortable being themselves. I love seeing their natural smiles, hearing their giggles, and capturing those squishy hug moments. Let's make some memories!
4. let's shoot!
Your images will be delivered to you via an online gallery approximately 3 weeks after your session date. You will have the opportunity to browse your photos and decide which digital Collection you would like to purchase, as well as, the Printed Products you would like to order.
When your Printed Products arrive, I quality check them and then they can be picked up from my studio in Paris, Ontario. Once you have them displayed in your home, I'd love for you to send a picture!

Collections From ONLY $500
A deposit is collected upon booking and the remainder is due on your session date. A variety of 'Collections' are available for you to choose from. Collections include digital image options, as well as, printed product perks. Printed products are offered as a la carte options so you can choose exactly what you would like. Contact me for further details.
